Whether you're planning a business, corporate, or institutional event in Copenhagen, Odense, Aarhus, or anywhere in Denmark, we’re here to help you capture it with clarity and purpose. From the first conversations to final delivery, we handle every step with professionalism and attention to detail by capturing your event in a way that reflects your brand and communicates its message effectively.

Our Steps

Step 1 — Introduction Call

We’ve received your message, and now it’s time to know your event! You’ll get an email from us with suggested dates and times for an online meeting. This is where we get to know each other and align our experience and approach with the specific goals and identity of your event.
Step 2 — Online Meeting & Event Itinerary

During our meeting, we’ll combine your expectations with our experience to design an itinerary we call the "The Event Itinerary". We’ll recommend or tailor a package based on the event’s schedule, priorities, and your communication goals. We'll also discuss usage rights, privacy, and other key details.
Step 3 - Agreement & Deposit Invoice

After the meeting, you’ll receive a confirmation email including the final agreement, deposit invoice, and a brief checklist of any outstanding info or materials needed to finalize our preparation.
Step 4 - Booking Confirmation

Once the deposit is processed, we’ll confirm your booking via email and send you a Google Calendar invite with all essential information: meeting point, time, event plan, and our contact details—ensuring quick access and coordination on the day.
Step 5 - Follow-Up Before Event Day

One week before your event, we’ll send you a follow-up email to make sure everything is on track and see if you need any last-minute assistance. We’re available to make small adjustments or give advice on final preparations if needed.
Step 6 - Capturing Your Event Day

It’s showtime! From keynote speeches and breakout sessions to spontaneous interactions and brand visuals, we’ll document the full atmosphere with clarity and professionalism—capturing visuals that align with your brand’s identity and the purpose of the event.
Step 7 - Rest Due Balance & Sneak Peek

If a sneak peek is included in our agreement, you'll receive a curated set of visual highlights within 24–48 hours after the event—perfect for internal sharing or social media. Around the same time, we’ll also issue the invoice for the remaining balance.
Step 8 - Delivery Of Photos and/or Videos

After a meticulous editing and retouching process, your full gallery and/or video will be delivered within 3-5 days. This polished, high-resolution collection will be fully aligned with your selected package and brand communication needs.
Step 9 - Small Remedies (if needed)

If you'd like something extra—more photos from a specific part of the event, a black-and-white image in color, or minor adjustments—just let us know. We’re happy to provide small remedies free of charge to ensure your full satisfaction.
